This project included the construction of four office buildings with over one million square feet of office space, a conference center, health club, two security buildings, back-up electrical generator plant and three parking facilities.  The main office buildings, conference center and parking garages are connected with pedestrian bridges and walkways.

The HVAC system for this project included four 1200 ton centrifugal chillers and related cooling towers and pumps, over 100 chilled water air handling units and approximately 100 fan power/electric reheat variable volume terminal units.  Other equipment installed included a gas-fired incinerator, a 30,000 gallon fuel oil tank farm and a 1000 gallon gasoline dispensing system.
